Hi Eric – Thanks for coming to the show in Denver and your support of EnduroCross & Dirt Rider. The pits at EnduroCross are open free all day on Saturday, until the show starts plus you can watch the practice & qualifying sessions free during the day. The riders sign autographs and you can walk right up to their pit and talk to them throughout the day. Please make plans to come early next year and spend the whole day with us. Thanks Again! EnDuRoCrOsS Denver BITTER-SWEET
My family and friends have been planning this trip for over a year. That was an expensive trip that took two full days and 8 hours driving for a two hour show but was WELL worth it. Would never have heard of it except for Dirt Rider, so thanks a bunch to them. And Chris Denison’s “Micro Adventure” (Nov ’11) was spot-on.
My concern is how does Endurocross expect to build a fan base when all the riders leave immediately after the show? No opportunities for autographs, high fives with the pros and not-so-pros. Heck, I wanted to shake the hand of the 62 year-old guy who rode his trials bike around the track. Not to mention get Geoff’s and Taddy’s autographs. The biggest reason I went was to get a signed poster for my garage. No posters of the riders, and the riders disappeared. I would have paid money to walk the track or even get to look at Geoff’s Honda or Taddy’s 350. Are pit passes a thing of the past? What gives?
